Waiting times

To save you waiting we suggest you call reception to check if your doctor is running on time.

We do try to give as much time as necessary to each patient depending on their health issues and as a result, delays are sometimes unavoidable.

We do reserve time for the unexpected or medically urgent issues; however occasionally extra time will still be required for such matters.

Repeat Prescriptions

Appointments are required for all scripts as a medical review is required.

Your pharmacist may supply your medication on a script owing basis.

Patient confirmation by SMS

If you have opted to receive a reminder for your appointments and you do not receive a confirmation, please contact the practice on 9279 9980 to confirm your booking.

Missed appointments

Missed appointments could be an appointment someone else urgently needs.
We ask that you cancel your appointment if you are unable to attend or no longer require it.

Missed appointments may incur a fee, and no further appointments will be available until this fee is paid. This fee is not eligible for a Medicare rebate.

Test results

If your doctor has not asked you to make an appointment after tests or investigations have been ordered, then please call our reception 2 weeks after the test or investigation has been performed. This will enable our reception staff to tell you if the doctor would like to discuss the results with you.

When an explanation is required you will need to make an appointment with the doctor.

Our practice is committed to preventative care. You have the option of registering to receive reminders that are appropriate to your care. Please speak with reception.

If you are COVID-19 positive or have symptoms of COVID-19 Please DO NOT book online.
