Opiates or Benzodiazepines will not be prescribed or administered on a first visit.

Privacy and Confidentiality; all medical records are strictly confidential. Medical details will only be released to third parties when relevant and required in the course of referral to other health workers; and to other responsible persons only in exceptional circumstances e.g. Life threatening medical emergency. Where the practice participates in research, data identifiable to individuals will not be collected without written consent. Patient can access their own medical records by request.

We welcome any feedback. There is a suggestions box for anonymous feedback in our reception. Any complaints or complements can be addressed with our medical staff. All complaints involving medical care will be addressed by administration staff and medical staff and written response will be given as quickly as possible.
